CANNA-TECH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 20-21/3/2017
The firm attends Canna-Tech the medical cannabis international conference. We are very proud to be legal counsel to the organizers of the conference: iCAN Israel Cannabis Ltd.

Jacob Shwergold, head of our firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice, attended the Israel Latin America Chamber of Commerce Gala Event. The firm has been involved in many transactions in Latin America, most recently representing US and Israel based companies in a joint venture in Guatemala.

באפריל 2003, בתום שנתיים של שיתוף פעולה מוצלח, חתמו משווקת מוצרי המחשוב הישראלית “אמטל” הישראלית ויצרנית ציוד המחשבים “בנקיו” שיושבת בדובאי, על הסכם הפצה שתוקפו עד 2007.
בשנת 2006, שנה לפני סיום ההסכם, יחסי החברות עלו על שרטון ואמטל הפסיקה לשווק את מוצריה של בנקיו בארץ. בשנת 2009 היא תבעה מבנקיו ומחברה ישראלית נוספת בשם “גטר-טק” פיצוי של 4 מיליון שקל בטענה שבנקיו הפרה תניית בלעדיות בהסכם ההפצה והתקשרה גם עם גטר-טק, ובכך נגרמו לה הפסדים ונזקי מוניטין. קרא עוד…

35 MILLION NIS FOR TAMA PROJECTS
Shwergold Aharonson & Co. represented AIC Ltd. in deployment of a 35 Million NIS loan for an 8-project TAMA portfolio.
Leading real-estate financier, American Israel Construction ALD. Ltd., via one of its subsidiaries – AIC, engaged a real estate developer, head quartered in Tzur Igal, to finance 8 TAMA projects located in several cities in the greater “Gush Dan” area.
Asael Group Ltd. is a known building contractor, turned developer, which holds in its portfolio numerous TAMA projects in Israel, and is continuing to grow its business. After “cherry-picking” 8 selected projects, AIC has undertaken to procure approximately 30% of the project expenses as equity funds, before refinancing through one of the major Israeli Banking institutions.
