YONY AHARONSON

FOUNDING PARTNER

Mr. Yony Aharonson leads the firm’s real-estate practice. A decade of practical experience, along with being raised on the foundations of real estate development in Israel, have instilled Mr. Aharonson with the intimate understanding of what it takes to close a deal.

Mr. Aharonson provides legal consulting and representation in a vast amount of fields, including representing developers in real estate projects, complex residential transactions, representation of tenants in Urban Renewal projects (TAMA 38), private home owners in sale and purchase transactions, real estate tax advice and more. Mr. Aharonson also leads the firm’s real estate finance practice, representing large financial groups raising capital for residential projects in Israel and abroad.

JACOB SHWERGOLD

FOUNDING PARTNER

Mr. Jacob Shwergold leads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Law Practice. He advises a broad range of local and international clients on all aspects of business law and has particular expertise in representing clients with respect to complex cross-border transactions. In addition, Jacob represents clients in high-stakes corporate and commercial litigation before all levels of the Israeli court system as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Jacob worked in two of Israel’s largest and most prominent law firms – Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co., and Weksler Bregman & Co.
International in outlook and background, Mr. Shwergold was educated in Israel and the United States, he is bilingual in English and Hebrew, and has been admitted to practice law both in Israel and New York.

MAAYAN BAVLI-BENAFSHI

ASSOCIATE

Mrs. Bavli-Benafhsi is an associate in the firm, involved in all transactions conducted by the Firm. Mrs. Bavli’s forward personality and no-compromising attitude, makes her a great attorney and an integral part of our Team.
Mrs. Bavli has completed both her LL.B. and LL.M. in the Ono Academic College, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2017.

CARMEL ZAMIR

ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Ms. Zamir manages the firm’s finance, administration and client relations departments. Ms. Zamir’s calm nature, alongside cultivated professionalism, enables the firm to operate smoothly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
